(A sirályok nem pezsegnek együtt a többiekkel, ha nincs alamizsna, elmennek vadászni fagyira, esetleg kissebb állatokra.) Egyszer azután a legmelegebb kánikula is elmulik. Jönnek az esős napok, a turisták elmaradnak a sétányról. Sirályok és vadkacsák akik már elfelejtették helyüket a természetes táplálkozás láncban, kijönnek a vizből és sorokba rendeződve elindulnak koldulni a belváros felé. Idegen, más érdeklődési körü egyedek összefognak és közösen mindent kihoznak magukból egy nagy célért: szórakoztatni szeretnének engem. Indulhat a jam. A popkorn illata.

Live from Laval's: Program 16 - 12-5-93
Live from LaVal's program from December 5, 1993. Hosted by Earl Oliver, this program featured ragtime picker, Peter Sanborn accompanied by the legendary harmonica player, Will Scarlett (one of the founding members of Hot Tuna, with Jorma Kaukonen, and Jack Casady from the San Francisco band, Jefferson Airplane. and who also worked extensively with the Grateful Dead). At the time of this taping, Peter Sanborn was one of two regular hosts of the Open Mic program (called "Hoot Night") at the Freight & Salvage Coffeehouse in Berkeley, CA.
